About Northumberlandia

Discover ‘The Lady of the North’, Northumberlandia, a unique public park featuring a huge land sculpture of a reclining female figure. Families can explore the 4 miles of paths that wind around and over the impressive landform, offering changing perspectives and great views of the surrounding countryside and adjacent mine workings. It’s a fascinating blend of art and landscape, providing plenty of space for kids to run and explore. The visitor centre provides information, and there’s a small cafe and toilets on site.
